- Returns & Replacements
- We offer a manufacturers warranty on all products. If your newly purchased product is defective we will replace it immediately. In order to protect the health of our customers, we can not accept some products for returns. We will be happy to provide you with credit or an equal exchange on unwanted products.You may contact Luci directly or any of the resellers worldwide for information on exchanges and returns. The Money Back Guarantee applies to Luci Starter Kits only. If you are unsatisfied with your starter kit, you may return it within the specified period for a refunded portion of your original purchase price. The thirty (30) day return period begins once payment is processed and/or on the original purchasing date. To receive a refund, all products originally packaged within the starter kit must be returned. All returns are subject to a $35.00 processing fee. Shipping from the buyer to Luciano Smokes Inc. is the responsibility of the purchaser. The 30-Day Guarantee may not be available on products purchased by other locations or websites other than MyLuci.com. Please call or check stores for details.
